Meet The Team
Mujahid Syed Abdul Khader
As a Senior Partner and General Practitioner in Reading with nearly 17 years of experience, Dr. Khader is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, addressing a wide range of complex medical, social, and mental health issues. Dr. Khader's extensive experience has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to handle various health challenges, ensuring personalized and effective treatment for each patient. Specializing as the lead GP for diabetes and elderly care, Dr. Khader has looked after home care patients for several years. Additionally, he has successfully turned around a practice that required improvement as per CQC standards, achieving good ratings through dedicated effort and high-quality care.

Whether managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, or offering support for mental health, Dr. Khader is committed to helping residents live healthier, happier lives. Azmath Khan
Dr Khan has been a consultant psychiatrist in the NHS and private healthcare sector for over ten years. He has extensive clinical practice experience in delivering safe and high-quality patient care and has been involved in numerous successful CQC and AIIMS accreditations.

Dr Khan has worked in the NHS and the private sector for many years. He has been the Medical Director of Cygnet Harrow for the last 3 years and a Consultant psychiatrist for more than 10 years. He specialises in the diagnostic assessment and management of people with Learning disability, ADHD, and Autism. He works in a dependency-locked rehabilitation ward for adults with Autism and Learning disability. He has a wealth of knowledge in supporting patients with challenging behaviors associated with various mental health disorders.

For many years, Dr Khan has been a key contributor and advocate of best practices and sustainability in healthcare. After completing St. George’s psychiatric training scheme, he worked for several years in a medium secure setting at Springfield Hospital. Dr Khan also has experience in learning disability psychiatry from his time in the North London Higher Training Scheme. Dr Khan is passionate about delivering patient-led care that considers individual needs and involves families in care planning. He has academic interests in medicolegal matters in psychiatry, such as psychiatric defense, risk assessment, risk management, safeguarding, and offender health.

Dr. Khan has exceptional acumen in seeing through the thin veneer of an organization, understanding the innate challenges and cultural stagnations, and providing solutions to bring positive and sustained change towards effective clinical models while ensuring efficiency of saving and commercial viability.
